Shipping Policy – Continental U.S. (Lower 48)

  • All orders are shipped FOB Avondale, AZ.
  • Shipping is not included in product pricing. Freight is charged on each invoice.
  • Refer to the Canopy Freight Program below for flat-rate options.
  • In-stock items ship within 2–7 business days.
  • If not in stock, allow 7–10 business days for processing. Larger orders may take longer.

Shipping Policy – Canada & International

We do not currently support international ordering through our website. For shipping outside the continental U.S., including Canada, please contact us for a freight quote at [email protected].

Note: We do not ship international orders (outside of Canada) due to frequent customs and delivery complications.

Canopy Freight Program – Retail Customers

Flat Rate Shipping

  • $149 Net – Commercially Zoned Business (loading dock or forklift required, no liftgate service).
  • $199 Net – Limited Access, Non-Commercial, or Construction Sites.

Definitions

Construction Sites: Roads, bridges, mines, quarries, oil/natural gas fields.

Limited Access: Military bases, government facilities, prisons, schools, parks, nuclear plants.

Non-Commercial: Private residences, farms, churches, golf courses, hotels, restaurants, etc.

Returns, Damages & Defects

  • Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
  • Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours (up to 5 days max) to [email protected].
  • Items may be replaced or alternative solutions discussed.
  • No returns accepted after 15 days from delivery date.
  • All returns require prior approval and return instructions.
